Mac AR747 air ratchet

I just acquired this ratchet from my boss who was gonna throw it out.Far left in the pic.

Does anyone have or know where I could get a manual for this? Also where is the best place to get an all inclusive rebuild kit for it? It does work but if I put a deep socket on it i can stall it with my bare hand. Will a rebuild fix this or is this thing just that gutless? I'm used to my snappy that will break your knuckles if your dozing

i has one friend that work at same shop, he has mac rebuilt it and had it back to work again. but few days later, it was gutless!!!

that why i has mac AR1778 and matco MT2858(rated for 130 ft lbs) and snap on FAR72... i has been use MT2858 because it make more comfort for me to use but danger to my knuckles...

My guess would be it is a rebadged earlier incarnation of a ingersoll rand 3/8" air ratchet like the 109xpa; the button, body look the same but it looks like they changed the air exhaust with rubber, instead of stamped metal. Mac does offer flat rate rebuilds; call or email them for info. I am sure any good air tool rebuild shop; would probably able to id the model # on the older models and figure out which kit works for it. Keep in mind: the original tool performance, cost effectiveness of the rebuild... a little research will probably make all of these issues come clear. If it is really old; the performance may not be up to the standards of the more modern air ratchets.
If in fact; the 109xpa is its younger sibling and those kits work with yours... they are available. online.

You might give some air tool repair houses a call and see if they can help id, supply the right parts for you ratchet.
