Has anyone replaced the comfort grip with a hard handle? Or use a Mac grip screwdriver handle like this one https://www.mactools.com/en-us/Scre...CO/Mac-Grip-Phillips-Screwdriver-4-x-2-Orange

Does Mac sell just the handle for screwdrivers.

I contacted Mac customer service and they don’t sell replacement handles like Snap On. My comfort grip is a little beat up and I was wanting something new.

Installed a yellow hard handle screwdriver handle. Im liking the feel. It is slightly shorter than the original handle.

I’m liking that! Do Mac sell those handles individually? I’ve only ever seen them on the drivers, and only red on recent years!

No I used one from a used screwdriver.

MAC used to put those handles on ratchets. IIRC they've used them for other tools as well.

knurl a sleeve and epoxy it on, seen some turned from duralon and looked pretty good solution .
My old mac tool man did offer me couple handles from his tool parts/returns as he decent guy, is bad they don't have handles available .

What did the end of the ratchet shaft look like without the handle? Splines or 2 crimped flats?

Round shaft, smaller diameter at the end in the two wing flats in the middle
