mac breaker bar

Ive broken my v24f today and ive kind of had it a long time so i contacted my mac guy and he said he cant supply a new head he has to replace the whole bar now normally this would be a win win but this is a tool i bought way back in my apprwntice days and im kind of attacted to it. Does anybody no a part number of the repaire kit.

Some may disagree with this, but if you are that attached I think I would look at buying a used one off of eBay even if the condition is not as good as yours.
Swap the head to make yours good and then warranty the other one

Do they not make that head anymore? I know they changed to the ears on the bar style breaker bar years ago but they ought to support those old tools in my opinion. I have one needing a head as well and never looked into it.

Just looked on ebay and that only turned up the newer style repair kit.

at least he offered to replace it....

better luck than i've typically had with any mac dealer....
