Found this lone MAC combo wrench at a recent estate sale. Good condition with a bit of rust but it also appears to have gray paint on the entire surface. Would this be from the factory or owner applied? Would it have been part of a government contract or industrial kit? Just curious before it takes a bath in Evaporust. Thanks for your thoughts.
