Mac compared to Snap-on

I am comparing a Mac tool box (MB1000A) to a Snap-on (KRA2312). Is Mac's quality similar to Snap-on? Which box is better?

If you want to compare apples to apples, you need to look at the Snap-on classic series verses a Mac 1000. The KRA2312 is an entry level box better suited to be compared against a Mac Select series.

the macsimizer boxes from Mac have nothing to envy from a SO KRL series, they are some sweet sweet boxes. But priced accordingly

Tech 1000 is better by a longshot. I (230lbs) can hang off my top drawer with it full of sockets and wrenches, not gonna happen with a kra.

Yeah if it's a Tech 1000, that's a solid box.
