Mac Dealer around Nashville

i was told it would be "exchanged" i called Mac directly and she said mail it in or take to a mobile dealer. it wont click or nothin

wow........most are NOT lifetime replacement items. they get sent in for repairs during the warranty period!

well thats what i thought. we had a mac dealer around our area but he quit bout 5 yr. ago and i have a buddy in nashville thats gonna take it back with him i just need to get him a name and who to take it to.

hmmmmm, better keep the name of who you spoke to at MAC. i hope you don't get the runaround!

i guess i'll just have to call them back and see if they can give me a guys name and number. they aint got nothin on there website

yeah......i just looked. everyone else has a "find a dealer" link. i think i would just send it back to them.

yea i would but my buddy took off with it today headed to nashville cause he was "sure" he seen a mac truck up there so i wont have it in hand for another 3 weeks.

with mac I bet you will have to pay. 1 year on most torque wrenches. now the gears in the head are a different story. those can be fixed
