i have 1 50th anniversary ratchet and socket set in the original box..
This set was produced by MAC TOOLS in celebration of 50 years of making high quality tools in the U.S.A. It is a set of a small ratchet and 5 sockets. It comes in a beautiful box made of walnut wood. All of this, the tools and box, are in mint condition.
The ratchet is a quarter inch size and has stamped MAC, 50 with the 5 and 0 overlapping and 1938 - 1988.
The 5 sockets each has stamped on it: MAC - U.S.A with 1938 to the left of that logo and 1988 to the right of it.
The gold-plated medallion has the same imprint as the top of the box and also reads: 1988 Limited Edition and 24K Gold Plated and the LE No.06216.
