Box has a few small dents, probably from being inside of a toolbox and banging up against other tools.

The sockets look mint. They do not look to have been used.

24 carat gold plated, Made in USA, limited edition year 2000.

What are the sizes?

Looks to be standard SAE 5/32-3/8. No sizes marked on them. I checked them against my metric set and my SAE set and they are a closer match to the SAE set. Also, I measured them with a rule and the sizes look to be standard SAE.
