Hello, when I started off working I was given a MAC universal impact socket adapter which was a ball joint type. Today while using it, the ball joint section popped out. Nothing snapped or cracked, just popped out. Good thing MAC came today. The guy took it and gave me a pinned style. I stopped him and asked wtf is this.. he said it's a updated style. I was pretty upset... this is what I used to have
anyone else encounter this?
