Mac MB2250 Box Worth?

I have been offered a MAC Mb2250 bottom box. It looks real nice in the pics, but until I see it in person who knows. It has a Mac Tools Racing sticker on the bottom drawer. He says the drawers have ball bearing slides. The kicker is that he wants me to make an offer, I hate making offers unless I really know something about it. So what is the box worth?? I was orginally going to get a Montizuma bottom and one of thier tops as well, but if I can get this for the right price....

He also has a Craftsman 8 drawer Top, with he says ball bearing slides. And he is going to sweeten the deal with a New Dotco air grinder. I don't really need it, I have to even see how much they are worth.

The MAC MB 2250 is based off of macs economizer line. Think cheap *** china. As far as toolboxes go Craftsman ball bearing boxes are better quality. If I found one in nice shape with both keys 125 dollars max. When MAC sold them you could get the bottom and top box for less than 800 dollars. It was 400 dollars to high then
