Mac OBD book scanner

I am just wondering if any one has any experience with the ET6830 scanner on Page 8 of the mac sale flyer for this month....... is it a POS or worth the $279 bucks.... if you like it why and if not why.... I am just needing a basic scanner Have a mentor availabe to use , but tired of having to ask for it lol

I don't have an experience with the scantool, but I knew is made by Launch. There is a cheaper version than ET6830. It is the Launch CReaderV.
