"MAC" P-23 slip joint plier maker??

Any ideas on the maker of these little Pliers? I have this one labeled "MAC" in quotes model P-23. I also have a channellock style with a similar "SPEEDY" name on them out in the work van. Not sure if they'd be same makers, but just kinda odd to have more of a name, as opposed to maker in the tools. Both seem like good quality tools and speedy one actually has USA on it.

Couple differences I see from the wilde made. These have diamond crosshatch on the grip. Most of the wilde have the rope style grip. Slider for jaw position on these is smooth with tongue n groove style pivot
