not antenna, they have a normal head, a antenna sock would have a like hex head so you can turn it with a wrench, these are some sort of dash sockets from the 60s or so, just have no idea which dash. SC60 SC61 1/2 dr.

They were called bezel nut sockets and are used to tighten nuts on dash switches of older cars they are made to fit over knobs and shafts that stick out
