Looks to be a good set, but I am not sure I would put $65 in them...I'd be a buyer at around $35.

Saw these at a pawn shop today, not sure I NEED them, but was wondering if they are any good and if the price is decent? Seem older as a quick google search didn't turn up this style.

If you need em. But...probably don't need them. Do they sell a modular pair like craftsman with the different tips? (or even the harbor freight/kobalt total tip model) I'm sure the truck brands have something like this. Much better/cheaper if you're not going to use them so much. Replacement tips on the craftsman are like 4 bucks for a tic tac of them. I was looking at that the other day, decently cheap not sure how effective though.

I'd buy those in a heartbeat. About half the price of what Imperial Strides cost brand new, and I HATE changing tips....cuz I'm lazy.

oh wait...that's supposed to say "ambitiously" lazy.

Amen. Same reason I haven't bought one with interchangeable tips.

lol...I've picked up the Craftsman and Channellock convertible ones...you know, the ones with the spring and all that...just so I can keep different tips in them. Maybe I'll have a full 12 pc set of those after a few more yard sales.
