MAC tool box drawer tension adjustment

My new Mac too box has the cam lever at the front of the drawer slide that you rotate to adjust the detent.
Could someone please tell me which direction (clockwise or counterclockwise) will stiffen or loosen the drawer detent? I have trouble seeing, and am just getting confused as to which way does what.

i was playing around with the Tech series drawers on the Mac truck a while ago. Interesting feature, stationary box less tension, roll around box more tension.

I thought the levers were up down,can't remember the direction. Maximum was really stiff barely open the drawers, minimum one finger opens the drawers
