Only MAC tool I own. I'd probably have more but there's no Mac truck anywhere close to me that I know of.

I have a few Mac tools. I got these off the Mac truck around 1988 when I used to work as a lot hand at my grandfathers Chevy dealership. It used to be a full screwdriver set, but I lost a few over the years.

Cell Phone Pics, sorry for the sub-par quality.

Old Mac Metric Combo wrenches, they have served me well.

3/8 Mac Ratchet. Honestly, probably my least favorite ratchet to use.

Mac 1/4 Ratchet. My favorite 1/4 ratchet. I love this little guy.

I have some Mac metric sockets, extensions and various other odds and end as well.

I've got a couple thousand dollars of Mac tools. Not really loyal to any brand, but I had a pretty good Mac dealer for a few years. Got torx, torx plus, tamper proof torx, and audi/ vw 12 point torx bits. Large hose pick set, hose clamp vice grip and coolant hose pinchers, rear brake caliper spiral piston compressor, gm rear brake horse shoe spring remover, hydraulic brake line/ fuel line flaring tool and a few brake line benders, large (8mm to 19mm) 1/2 drive hex socket set, complete metric and sae 3/8 drive hex set, speed hex set, chassis ears, 9 piece spark plug socket set. Probably forgetting a bunch. If I feel ambitious, perhaps I'll take some pics tomorrow.

Also forgot a AW612Q. 1/2 impact in a 3/8 body. Got it because its small enough to fit in between a radiator and a harmonic balancer bolt ;)

didn't feel like pulling it all out so heres the condensed. Essentially all the chrome sockets on the left are MAC. 6pt 3/8 and 1/4 metric and standard. In the way back, hiding, is shallow 3/8 12pt. Hiding under my pile of ratchets on the right is some of the regular extensions, both 1/4 and 3/8", some are out and are not pictured.

Locking extension sets.

My most used die grinder from back when MAC rebranded some really decent air tools.

I also had a hidden set of MAC extra long knuckle savers from 3/8-1", just didn't pull them out. Actually been meaning to sell those.

Thad a sweet torque wrench. Is the handle just the round one or the soft handle. Looks like it made by PI?

Thanks Roland. Correct, we made them. The handle on the Split-beam is tube steel, this allowed the entire product to be powder coated in black. The set was released in late 2004 if I remember correctly.

What is your opinion on that hook and pick set? I have considered buying it but hadn't heard anything about them from others

I had the same Snap On ones but lost them during a Mustang restoration. Then I bought a MAC set and those were stolen, but they were the same thing. Recently, I went to WalMart and bought some that are just as good. Stanley black and yelow for $5.00. Just dont buy the HF ones that I had that broke the first time that I used them.

i havent seen a mac dealer in over 3 years, havent bought anything in close to 10.

never got the greatest service from any of the mac dealers i've had over the past 28 years.

i do like this old side box i picked up used about 20 years ago...
