Hello everyone, this is my first post but iv'e been using this site for a long time as a information data base on tools and the back grounds and would like to say thank you to everyone that has took the time and shared there knowledge allowing us to all learn and benefit from one another making tool collecting so much fun! My question is one that has been asked before and I know from my own time spent trying to locate anything on it is really really difficult but I must ask again if anyone has " confirmed " date codes for MAC TOOLS most specifically wrenches, sockets and ratchets. I have a rather large collection of new and old mac tools and have searched high and low for a chart like Snap On has showing there symbols and years they are for making dating rather easy and im also looking for date codes for MATCO, and CORNWELL if possible but my main focus is on MAC and ive had people over the years give me there best guess's but they seem to not match up and one person will say it means one thing and another says the opposite and I know it's there best guess but thats about all iv'e ever been able to come up with myself is nothing more then a guess and I have so many tools that im dying to know the past and age on so any help on any of this would be greatly appreciated and look forward to continued shared knowledge from every tool guy out there
