mac tools offset wrench set

hey guy's just got a mac tools dealer and was wondering if anyone has been using there off set wrench's? theres a whole set 6-32 mm for like 170 bucks seems like i pretty good deal and ive been wanted to pick up some nice wrenchs and was wondering if you guy's think they can fit the bill.

bump to see if anyone has any experience with these wrench's or might know COO of them. I'm kinda having a hard time believing they could sell like 20 usa made wrenchs for under 200 bucks

Those are made in USA and they're very nice wrenches. The USA stamp is on the other side of the wrench.

Idk the normal price but seems like a steal! You do mean 32 right and not 22?

The type of wrenches in the eBay link come in sizes 8mm-24mm. I have no idea which set you're looking at that comes in sizes 6mm-32mm.

Make sure they are the MAC set. In this months flyer they have the 13 piece offset for 159.99 but they are badged Expert. The ad says it comes with an Ernst tool rack with them.

Hes talking about the expert series wrenches. They are made in china i believe. And they do come in a set all the way up to 32. I think for the price they are good. But they dont compare to the macs or snap-ons.

I just come across this thread. I just ordered an Expert set from Mac here in Alberta a couple days ago. I will get them Monday and get back to you. I was told these are not made in the US. Price in Canada $166

If that's the case, I wouldn't recommend them. I only recommend traditional MAC made USA wrenches.

yeah you guy's linked the correct set i don't think i will be buying them.

but maybe i can scoop up some on ebay like the one's i linked for close to the same price for a full set

SK make a decent set of these as well that are made in USA - they are a little smaller which is nice for getting into tight spaces - though if I had a choice I would definitely buy the snappy version - I bought my SK set on ebay for about 120 US - Snap on equivalent set would be around 300...

-my bad, I thought you were talking about 4 way angle wrenches. Keep your eye open on Ebay, you can find some great deals on the flank drive plus - these are excellent wrenches

If you really want to get some sweet wrenches, check eBay for the Snap-on XB and XBM series double box wrenches like this set here:

The wrenches you're talking about aren't the same size on both ends- you're getting two sizes per wrench. 13 pieces for $170 or whatever it is.
