Mac tools replacement parts

I apologize if this is in the wrong forum, it's been awhile since I've been here and I don’t see a forum where this may fit.

I just purchased a Mac tool cart and the hinges for the top "storage for papers" are broken. I want to get some replacements but Mac isn't returning my emails and they won't answer the phone. The automated system is perpetually stuck on "your wait time is approximately 7 minutes" no matter what time of day you call.

Ah, I should have specified, I bought a used tool cart and I just want to buy the replacement parts, I'm not expecting them to be covered under warranty...
