If you don't have one at work why go through the trouble ? Call. Drive to meet up. Problem, couldn't make it YADA YADA. I hate to say it but if you don't have a shop or works at one these drivers don't much want to waste their time on little old you.
Buy what you want on their web site and if it's something you already have in need of repair call them and send it in if they ask or they may send you a kit or replacement based on a photo.

Welcome to the board. I am from the area and sorry I cannot help you either. I have the same issue though. Our shop uses Snap On but I am never there to see the guy because of my hours. I've been there 18 months and have only seen him once and it was because he was there at an odd time just to say hi to someone in his personal car.

I leave broken stuff with someone else who is there but buy most of my stuff on line or through someone else. I've never been in the truck. EBay is sometimes good too but limited. That's where I got my impact gun, brand new in the box and it was cheaper than the identical gun bought from the truck by a coworker.

My son is considering the purchase of a Mac Tools franchise. I am trying to find franchisees in Massachusetts to contact with questions about the franchise.

Mac has good tools and if your son is diligent, he could make a good living. I sold Mac tools in Southern NH and Mass, tell him to beware the deadbeat Masshole mechanics who like to buy tools but paying for them, not so much. I sold Mac in Dracut and Lowell area decades ago. Worked directly for the company for one year, did not own the truck or route. Sales were good, made money, but I went back to my other preferred work. The key to success is showing up religiously and standing behind your word and product. Great job, chasing the deadbeats however absolutely ***** and the tool salesmen do have to put up with lots of that.

Lowell, Dracut, Lawrence areas aren't the best income zones. Boston and surrounding areas would be where most of the money is. A lot of auto/truck shops. Quite a few big car deals in Danvers/Peabody also.
