I’ll be the first to admit, I’m not familiar with their stuff too much, wanted to buy a few of their products so I was browsing through their 900 page catalog and I noticed a bunch of their stuff looks exactly like other companies? Is a bunch of “their” stuff rebranded or do they make most in house?

They’re just one more branch of the Stanley Black and Decker family tree, who owns a plethora of tool brands all over the world. So they’re probably more guilty of rebranding products than most.
