Mac V Vim tools

Hi
I would like some new tool extensions 3/8 drive
the Mac & vim tools look good (photos)

we do not get a lot of Mac tools in the UK & no Vim at all.
the price of tools in the USA is low compared to the UK market
one $1 = £1 making use 40% higher

1. are Mac as good as snap-on
2. is Vim as good as Mac

On a scale of 1 to 10 who is best
snap-on = 10
Mac = ????
Vim = ???

any help would be great

Not sure, depends on the tool. Most Mac is Chinese now so the quality has suffered and many items are the same as cheaper brands.
