Mac V2R

Hello, longtime lurker first time posting here. I was wondering if anyone has any resources to find the age of this V2R Mac ratchet? I’ve looked around and haven’t seen another one. Unfortunately 2 internal gears are broken so ite more of a wall hanger than useful. I bought it at a flea market for $5 bucks or so. Any help I’d appreciate!
