McPherson Crane and Rigging in Rio Vista. We used them when we had a couple of jobs up there and they did good work and were reasonably-priced, or what passes for reasonable in the SF bay area. It's been a few years, so I can't say how they are now though.
You can also try Sheedy Drayage and Bigge Crane & Rigging, but they will likely be more expensive than McPherson
You could also ask a towing company if they'll do machinery moving on a roll-off wrecker. Many of them will, and they'll be cheaper than a regular rigger, although for the distance you're going, a regular rigger may be easier and about the same price.
