I've had the design in my head and on paper for at least a year I guess. I've been working on it here and there when I can.
This goes all the way back to "How thick should I cut this plastic"

I'm done with most of the frame work, and now I'm getting everything sized right before powder coat. I milled my first hole in one of the pieces tonight after I got them all milled to length, so you can kind of get the idea with a super chuck in it. I still need a little clearance to get the last piece in depth wise. I'll have that done tomorrow along with some more welding.
I've tried to upload part 3 several times without success, I don't know what the problem is.
