I made rings for me and the wife out of TI. Machined them from Solid Bar. Polished them up nice. They look awesome, plus I can polish them from time to time as a maintenance operation and keep them looking nice.

I made some Ti rings way back when, and one out of hastalloy C2000 as well. Good fun making this kind of stuff!
