Need help with what these are?

looks like cutters, perhaps for a mill?
also a hand held chamfer or debur tool

Wooden handle is a chamfer tool for burring holes. I see end mills and taps. The black case needs to be opened...no idea what's inside.

They can be special bits for the screws "blown", or even males to review threads.

Those are radius gages in the case.

We can't see what's inside the plastic cases. Look like end mill boxes.

The colored plastic tubes contain end mill and taps. The case is a set of radius gages.

I can see the Niagara tube clearly says end mill, can't make out the others. Probably other end mills or taps.

The chamfer tool has been inserted into a file handle for hand held debur work. It will have a smaller shank for use in a drill.
