Top picture looks like standard dowel pins. Bottom pic might be parts of an adjustable angle plate. Not sure though.

agree on the dowel pins. on the bottom the two on the right are part of a clevis connection and the left two are ??? All in the bottom picture are custom built for whatever the PO wanted them for, not a standard part. They look to me to be a valve linkage off a model steam engine something like I just built.
