Machinist tool identification help

I am cleaning out my uncle's house, and he has a lot of stray tools from 20-30 years ago when he worked as a machinist or mechanic for the aircraft industry.

He's got what I think are some machinist and riveting tools, but I have no idea what they are even called to see what they are or might be worth.

The first picture are some sort of cutters, some of them have replaceable bits (maybe all of them, I did not investigate too closely)

The fourth picture has metal (aluminum?) bars that have a square profile.

The last picture does not show it, but the pliers looks like it would work very similarly to a cleco plier with a hook to hold the tool and a pad to push the plunger to open and close the grip of the cleco.

Can anyone give me an idea of what these might be:

There are too many of #2 to be homemade - like 15 or 20 of them, and they all look alike or very similar.
