Machinst tool? What is it?

Just curious what these are exactly. Are they a gauge or scribe of some sort? I got them in a Kennedy box I bought used a few years ago while taking a CNC class.

The small ends are round and turn. Hope this helps. There are no markings on the tools or packing at all. Pretty much kept them buried till now. Hope the picture post, I'm trying a new app on my phone. Thanks in advance!

Jeweler's deburring set. Typically have wheel diameters from about .075" to about .20" or thereabouts. Best ones are made in Switzerland, next best will be stamped France.
