Hey everyone, I’ve been a member here on Garage Journal for quite sometime. I’ve been pretty busy the last few months and haven’t been super active here. I have my whole own thread under the garage gallery section. Between the River Hills & the River Bottom

But I just wanted to share some products from Macnaught USA. I’ve seen one or two other people share some Macnaught products. But I haven’t seen much. So I thought I’d get it out there. I think there are some members here that may find some of their products quite useful.
The main one I’ll tell you about right now are their BOP20 and BOP60, or battery operated oil pumps.

The BOP20 will fit most 2.5 gallon jugs and the spout on 5 gallon buckets for oil. It’s a simple easy to use system.

A stem with an adaptor goes right into the bucket or jug. Attach the powerhead and the battery and it’s ready to go. Self priming, pumps right away, on demand with the trigger. When you release the trigger the powerhead shuts off. Roughly 40 gallons pumped per charge on the battery. It will pump gear oils as well. They usually pump a gallon per minute as well, although oil viscosity, as well as air temperature can play a slight factor in that.

The BOP60 is just like the BOP20 but longer with a 2” NPT adaptor to fit 16 gallon barrels. This thing works really great as well.
In addition to the BOP20 & BOP60 for oils, Macnaught also has a special stem just made for ATF, as well as a new stem just announced a few weeks ago that is made for coolants.
Macnaught also recently announced the release of their BOPHV, for high volume.

Made slightly different than the original BOP system they come with a larger hose to allow for faster pumping ability. The HV model is available for both the 5 gallon and 16 gallon versions. Macnaught also announced a new attachment for the BOP60HV (16 gal) to allow it to fit in a 55 gallon drum and pump fluids. You can now pump oil from anything for a 2.5 gallon jugs to a 55 gallon barrel all from the same system.
The HV also offers different hose lengths to attach to the pump. Also the HV and the original BOP20 and 60 offer a separate metered gun to attach to the pump.
The BOP system comes with a 2 year warranty. Plus, the pump can be rebuild. Macnaught offers a full rebuild kit as well.
I’ve used this system for just over a year now and I’ve had nothing but good things to say about it. I have plenty of pictures that I can share of things I’ve used it for that I’ll post soon. If you use significant amounts of oil, especially out of a truck, on the go, in the field, it’s a really great tool to have.
You can look into them on their website, Facebook, or on Instagram.
This is just something I thought I’d share because I’ve been really satisfied with Macnaught. They really have some quality products.
