As promised, here are the GRAY tool pictures you asked for.
Just for fun, I included a picture of some Vintage SnapOn ratchets. I have another much older SnapOn ratchet that does not have reverse. The 1/2" square drive must be pushed through to the other side for reverse.

Here is a picture of a complete Made in Canada GRAY combination wrenches.
The extra picture shows a very old SnapOn ratchet. To reverse the wrench, the drive must be pushed through to the other side.

I found a tool company in Calgary going out of business and bought as much stuff as I could. Pretty much have complete sets of everything

I think BCIT used Gray in the automotive dept. That Snap-On looks cool, the Gray on the other hand... no comment.
