Made In Germany Multi-Hex Wrench Tool?

Found this in a batch of old tools I picked up at an estate sale. There were also some rusty wrenches that looked like car kit wrenches (they are soaking in Evap-O-Rust) I'm wondering if this could have been from a German car tool kit?

There are no size markings on the hex openings, and it's pretty small so what would it be used for?

Only marking is Made in Germany.

Of course right after I post I find out it's a dogbone bicycle wrench. Obviously I don't work on bikes!
