My father swears by the diamond gusset brand jeans. He has been wearing them for years and they seem to have held up extremely well.
I think Diamond cut went out of business a year or so ago. here are some on closeout: http://www.sierratradingpost.com/Diamond-Cut-Jeans.html
lucky brand jeans are made in the usa, but the material is from south america...but you may not want to spend 70+ on a pair of jeans.

LMAO at the reply of "Seven's" for Garage Journal Members! I own a few pairs but yeah I don't think most of the guys looking for Made In USA Jeans want them to come already broken in with holes all over them! Or have to get them custom Tailored after buying them to bring the price to well over $250!
Or at $235.00 a PAIR!
=)
I wear Carhartt's for working in.

Try Prison Blues, made in Pendleton at the State Prison. the prisoners get paid for thier labors, $3.00 a day. Most goes to suppor thier families and pay their victims.

Bought some Levis when in Seattle last year. Foolishly I assumed they'd be US made unlike the Spanish or far eastern ones we get in the UK. When I got them home I saw they were Mexican! Oh well!
just remember there is a town in japan named usa. do becareful on looking at labels.
