I get that it's a list and not a forum but by not being able to reply we're not able to answer queries or provide updates or specific products or parts that might help another guy out in a particular thread who's posting in that forum.

I'm see this countless times browsing the threads. I might have an answer or could offer an alternate suggestion but I can't reply to a thread. Which would be a much cleaner way to have a cumulative body of knowledge about a particular thing.

Yes, thank you, I know this one. I just posted the original message in this thread to signal that I think ability to reply to these threads would benefit a lot of people for sharing info, updates, answering queries, giving alternatives and whatnot.
