Magnetic starter question

This is for sale locally and I am wondering if anyone can tell me if it will run a 5hp motor, 22amp Baldor Air compressor motor. Specs:
Size oo. 1 ph 2 poles. Catalog # 709-taxd1 series k

the start stop buttons should be removed.

who knows what size overloads it has

also who knows what the voltage is on the coil

NEMA 00 is good for 9 A or 1.5 hp, so no, it will not work for 5 hp.
