Magnets with stud on them..whaaat?

What to is the official term or best search term to use for a round magnet with a threaded stud on it? 1/4 or 5/16 is all I should need. I want to put some on the base of my portaband stand.

Alternatively, I would also consider one with a non magnetic semi soft rubber pad on.

I'm coming back with too many results on Amazon and Ebay. I suppose McMaster would also be good, but I don't know what to punch in the search box.

Round base magnet - rubber coated - with stud. They have different holding #s.

I have used a magnet that was in a metal cap with a hole in it and inserted a bolt, I think they came from McMaster-Carr

Cheapest way to go would to pick up the magnetic ground clamp for welding from harbor freight. You just need to remove the copper center spring and install your own bolt.
