Fun little project I did this weekend. Our 6x6 mailbox post top was rotted out.
I laid out a cap on my computer and printed out a pattern.
Traced it onto aluminum sheet and cut it out.
Made a cleat to hold the ends together.
A little OSI poly caulk to seal it up.
Painted white to match.
Not perfect, but good enough. Only took like 20 minutes to make.
