ran sub panel to my detached garage using 2224 mobile home feeder. looking at the pictured, my grounds are each grounded to the boxes. i was told that was ok but not preferred. should i move each respective ground to the bus bar as i circled in the pictures?

the sub panel has the ground bars bonded to the panel, neutral bars are not. also have two copper rods going to one of the sub panel ground bus bar.

#2 AL only good for 90 amps since not feeding an entire dwelling.
Grounds are be fine as box to box. Getting #4 into those bus bars would most likely require an adapter.
