Maintenance question on new (used) Snap On roll cab

HI,

I just got a used Snap On roll cab, KRA2411 in yellow. Love it. It's a couple of years old, and the slides are a little stiff in a few drawers.

What is the best product to use to lube the slides? And, how to do it? Take the drawers out? Spray the exposed slides?

Do these things come with a manual? How do you remove the drawers?

Any and all tips appreciated.

Thanks in advance for any replies.

I don't mean to insult you, but since you said you just got it, do you have any weight in those drawers? If not, put some in it, and try again. 95% of ball bearing slides are stiff with empty drawers, with some weight in them, they're smooth as butter.

FYI

No insult taken. Question is still the same. I like taking care of a box that has seen hard use. Can you help?

Guys, all I want is to lube up and clean a few slides. This does not warrant contacting the local rep.

What do you'll use for slide lube?

There is nothing broken, just a used slightly tired box.

Remove each drawer and clean all the grit out of the slide before lubing them. If you don't remove the grit, then they are going to wear out prematurely.
