I'm a maintenance technician at a plastics plant and I'm always curious to see what other techs carry in their pouches. This is my "call out" bag. It's what I take with me when I get a call on the radio that a piece of equipment is down. It's a CLC 1509 and it's mainly geared towards electrical troubleshooting. Let's see what you guys got!!!!

I have many of the same but over the years have slimmed it down a bit. I think my neck/back aches I get now have resulted from walking around the plant with a heavy tool bag over my shoulder.
Really only carry the essentials now and just walk back to my tool box for other stuff needed.
I also get payed by the hours so times on my side.

Here is mine. It is mounted on a 2 wheeler. My back is getting too old to lug around a tool bag all over the complex. I've been at this job about 2 months now and I'm finally getting an idea of what really needs to be in there. Plus there is extra space for additional tools or supplies if I know ahead of time I'll need them for a particular call.

I work as a service engineer fixing machine tools. I carry 100lbs of tools in 2 Pelican cases, but my most used tools are a multimeter and this tool roll.

It has inch and metric hex keys, torx keys, screw driver set, side cutters, pliers, needlenose, duckbill, wire strippers, gasket scraper, utility knife, pick, magnet, etc.

I'm a lead that floats between our plastics assembly and molding facilities. This is most of it. Some micro allens, a fiber optic cutter and tweezers are missing from the photo.
