Want to work in garage in wintertime. Phila area. Present garage has one wall attached to house fully insulated. Rear and outside wall half below ground level are unfinished concrete block. Ceiling is insulated to bedroom above. Do not want to heat garage all the time but would like to be able to work in there during winter months when it is in the teens outside.
What is easiest way without framing entire garage? Any of the sheets of foam that could be fastened to walls, and foam panels to garage door? Looking for ideas to accomplish this summer. Would post photos but screen says that Security Token is Missing.

For the masonry wall look at metal "z" furring strips....you can fasten these 2' oc horizontally (tapcon screw into the mortar joints) and lay in the foam insulation boards as you go up....then you can finish over the board with gypbd. or wood sheathing. For the upper portion fiberglass batts and more gypbd. or sheathing.....just finishing the insulation will probably gain you some additional level of comfort in the space....heat loss thru the common wall/floor will gain you some. Then based on how much more heat you actually need consider a small hanging space heater....

Thanks Chris, gives me a starting point to work from. Will go to local HD or Lowes to begin project. Plan to start mid April when weather temps rise.
