There seems to be some interest out there for people who like to replace a missing key by making their own. So, I’ve replaced Pg 262 of ‘The’ Guide with 4 pages of the standard key dimensions for 4 different clasp lid locks. After you’ve cut these keys to the standard dimensions, then you have to start marking and filing for each of the lever tumblers using the Impression method (except for the A50Mxx which has all dimensions listed for all keys).
The added pages cover these keys, Pg 262a – A50Mxx, Pg 262b – A41Nxx, Pg 262c – 49Yxx and Pg 262d – 56-E-**.
Hopefully, I’ll be able to add more brands later.0
