Makers mark

Unknown makers mark on a quick release wrench

Makers mark looks like a cat laying on it’s back juggling a ball / globe
The knurled thumb screw is spring loaded to engage in the teeth

Anyone have any info

I would think "Bear holding a ball" would be more likely than "Cat holding a ball", but that's just me.
