Did you get the gas line moved to facilitate your lift? That's a nice space; don't care for the door color, tho.......hehe.

Sent from my SM-J320V using Tapatalk

It could be pink I wouldn’t care as long as I get my garage lol!

In the end I switched to a 4 post lift and moved it back to the Center of the bay so it’s not interfering with the gas line. It’s going to be better this way, more room to work around the front of the lift. The two post was going to very far forward so that the posts were not in the way of opening car doors in the center bay. This way with the 4 post the Skylark can be put on the lift and raised for storage. Then I can park my truck under the lifts and close the door. Only the box of the truck will fit under the lift but it’s enoug to close the garage door so it’s ok. The lift is good for 10,000 pounds.

I like how the tile pattern in the shower matches from one tile to the next, very nice.

Good luck with the sale!

My doors are both 8' tall. Love 'em. Extra width too. Can't have too much room when moving things in and out IMO.

Well its Aug and we STILL haven't moved into the new house. Its been taking forever to sell our current house so it has been very stressful.

We have a deal pending so it should be sold in the next few weeks, cross your fingers for us!!! Its killing me to be so close to getting in there but yet so far. We have been keeping our house spotless for showings since February which isn't easy with two little boys!

On a brighter note we sold the little house, just too many hassles with renters.

Shane and I setup a little budget camper, worked great. $50 canopy and some **** wood.

Sorry to hear it has taken so long to sell the old place, hopefully it all goes well from here on. So the little house was where you were storing some vehicles wasn't it? If so where did they go?

Hi JB, yes I had to remove all my car stuff, vehicles etc. to sell the place so I am paying a very low fee of about $60 a month to store 3 trailers at a rental lot until we move into the new house. The good news is that the stress of the rental house is gone, the bad news is my trailers are all packed to the roof. I took the 75 Regal to a mechanic shop for some front end work, he is busy and wont get to it till next month. My 2000 Tracker blew the trans and will be at the trans shop till next week.

I sold a bunch of vehicles and stuff, trying to reduce clutter. My priority is my 2 and 4 year old boys now so I am way better at letting go of stuff I don't need.

We have worked so hard to get here and we won't give up, so close but so far.

EDIT:

1/2 cup passing is a very sad revelation. I guess I have been caught up with all my drama and I missed out on his passing. I honestly think that the constant and encouraging support that he has given me helped drive my projects. It doesn't matter if your project is to build a shelf, or to add on a 20 foot garage extension 1/2 cup was always so supportive and positive. Plus he was so humble, just such a positive person. Imagine how much his family must miss him when we feel the pain from across the world. This is what this forum is all about. People from far away helping others, loving the progress and just being helpful.

God bless, love Sean, Leanne, Shane, and Bryce.

What day is it today? Thursday, right. Ok, it took me 3 days and a half to read through this whole thread.
All I can say is the new home is coming along great and... God! I wish I had your ability to find such good deals. What a bunch of trucks/engines you've bought and flipped is amazing, lol!
Definitely subscribed. Better late than never!

Being packed up and ready to move for 7 months has been a pain! Today I setup this vice/hitch to get something done...the boys are right in there!

With the house in limbo at least there is some good progress with my new Buick 350 engine build!

We finally have the alum 350 heads in hand and my friend who is a professional head porter is working his magic.

So far we have obtained 480 HP NA, with just 355 cubic inches and no power adders but that was a baseline. The head porting is now underway.

Sean, after spending 3 hours reading this entire thread, feels like I know you, so best of luck with your house situation! I've been a lurker on this site for 10+ years, finally registered! I'd like a few of my customers to run across your thread - I own/operate a performance shop, and I had to chuckle at the time frame your custom ported heads took to get in your hands! Glad you finally have them! I've been dealing with a similar porting project for 18 months.
