Good used condition - tested and working - slight inconsistent noise at full speed - may need bearings down the road?
Blade may need to be sharpened - It is ready to go cut now, just want to be 100% forthcoming in my description Looks like they cut something that had some tar in it at some point as there is some residue on the blade and shield.
