Can’t you just remove the 5/16 nut setter and insert a standard 1/4 hex bit holder with whatever screw tip you want?
Also if you look in the air tool section at the tools stores like and Lowe’s or Homedepot and I’m sure other places, there normally a little bit set with like 5 or 6 bits. They are 5/16 shank size and they are used with hand impacts. You know the ones you hold, hit with a hammer, and twist. That’s the size bits they normally use
