Just flipping through a Malco catalog I recieved yesterday and on 3rd page they have their turbo shear hd. I don't know if this is a common tool, but I have never heard of it before today. It's pretty cool. Just thought I'd share and try to get some feedback. They any good? Malco tools are made in the USA. +1 respect points. http://malcoproducts.com/product/ro...assisted-cutters-shears/turboshear-heavy-duty

The best way IMO to cut metal roofing, especially valley/hip cuts, and long rips down the length of panels. They navigate over the ribs fluidly.
I have used these extensively (both the old and new versions) and they work very well.
They have a set screw that can adjust the blade tightness over time.
Excellent product and great design.
Ive been told more than once by onlookers, "thats cheating!"

See I thought they only made pneumatic powered shears. These things are awesome because you can use it on your existing battery powered drill. Brilliant!
