Mig weld a nut on it and it'll twist right out.

Also, generous amounts of....:FIREdevil will work wonders.

put a nut on the stud the size bigger weld the stud to the nut so it heats up the stud and work it back and forth and it may come out. that is how i usually do exhaust manifold bolts when we take them off and break the bolt off. some times after i weld it I have to tap it from the top down it seems like it kind of breaks the rust up when there really stuck maybe this will help

If you can get some good sharp bits, center punch it for center, start with a small bit and take your time and get a small hole through it. Once you have your first small hole the rest will be fairly easy. Drill until you can get an extractor in there or take it out so you can use a thread insert.

If you get it hot remember not to cool it. If you do you will make it harder than hell and you will have a very hard time getting it out.

The guys at the local engine rebuilders use heat, hold a chunk of parafin wax to it, and let it cool. Usually comes right out.

I broke one off in the head on my 70 Coronet R/T (440 Car)...I had to remove the head and have a machine shop fix it up since there was only about 2 inches of room between the head and inner fender (not detachable on Mopar's)
