Manning Bowman 3/8 drill

Came across this Manning Bowman 1/4 inch drill. Nice metal case but unfortunately 230 vac.
I understand that if it was marked 100 vac/ 230 vac, I would have been able to run it on 100 vac.

Any ideas on this drill.

230v would likely indicate something made for export sales,
or maybe made for industrial use, to prevent employee theft.
The company made other power tools as well.

Any ideas on this drill.

My "idea" is to keep it on display only. 230 VAC, metal case, a gazillion years old, 2 prong cord. Now what could possibly go wrong.

what's the plug look like? I have a drill that's 220 that has an Australian plug on it from the factory
